Every organization runs smoothly because of people who quietly keep the wheels turning — and that’s exactly the role you’d play as our Office Administrator. You’ll make sure employees have what they need to focus on their work while managing the reception, from travel and transportation to office supplies and a well-managed company car fleet, so the wider business can operate without friction, while working closely with employees across the business, management, and external suppliers.

Oversee front-of-house and reception operations, ensuring a well-run and professional office environment.
Help coordinate travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements for management and employees, ensuring smooth logistics.
Support with the company car fleet end-to-end management - ordering, leasing, invoice checks and mileage tracking.

Support with organization of company events and employee activities that strengthen team culture and engagement.
Monitor and control office-related costs (mobile, car fuel, etc.) to keep spending on track.

Support employee asset management and the wider team with ad hoc projects upon request.

You’ll have built dependable relationships with key suppliers, brought visible control and transparency to office costs, and become the go-to person for office-related questions across the business.
Deliver high-quality work independently.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
