Position: PRN Occupational Therapist (OT)

What You'll Do:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services focusing on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Passion for patient-centered care and rehabilitation.
