🎯 Lead with Purpose

• Prioritize, coordinate, and oversee occupational therapy services for your patients.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to drive exceptional patient outcomes.

• Consult with leadership when additional support is needed to ensure timely, safe, and effective patient care.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and interpret assessment findings.

• Accurately document evaluations, treatment plans, progress, goals, and charges using approved documentation standards.
• Maintain detailed treatment plans with measurable short- and long-term objectives.

🎓 Qualifications

Required

• Occupational Therapy (OT) License through the Louisiana State Board of Medical Examiners (LSBME)

• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
