The Department of Emergency Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital - Plymouth is seeking a high energy, board eligible / certified Emergency Medicine Physician to join our staff of dynamic, highly regarded ED practitioners. This is a Nocturnist Attending Physician position in Plymouth, Massachusetts.
Job Requirements
- Residency trained; board eligible / certified in Emergency Medicine
- Massachusetts state licensure

- 45-bed ED with dedicated Fast Track and separate 7 bed Behavioral Health unit
- Primary Stroke Center; On-site acute PCI
- Excellent sub-specialty back-up
- Additional compensation for overnight schedule
- 30% admission rate from the ED
- 46,000 annual ED visits

Pay Range:
$285,000 - $375,000The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors, including academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, geography of work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. In addition to base compensation, this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
