Job Summary

Leads end-to-end supply chain milestones in NPDL projects for NPI from concept to maturity. Oversees the entire process to ensure successful product introduction.

Key Areas of Responsibility
• Coordinates with suppliers, procurement, engineering, design, marketing, and logistics partners to ensure that products are delivered on time and within budget.
• Tracks and reports supply chain performance during product phase in/phase out.
• Implements supply chain strategies to minimize costs and improve efficiency during product phase in/phase out.
• Proposes product pruning to Product Managers to maintain a healthy portfolio.
• Maintains baseline forecast for NPI and PIPO and monitors sales development vs. BC.
• Identifies and mitigates risks that could impact project timelines and/or budgets.
• Minimizes excess inventory and obsolescence risk during product discontinuations.
• Monitors inventory ramp-up to ensure sufficient stock during product introductions.
• Manages Supply Chain Master Data related to new products to ensure smooth execution and data accuracy.
• Manage the NPI population (training, coaching, standardization, processes adjustments, performance monitoring)
• Ensures cross-functional alignment to support project goals and objectives.
• Develops and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders to support NPI projects.

Critical Experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on new product introduction and lifecycle management.
• APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or similar certification is an advantage
