Mercy Neuroscience is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible NeuroHospitalist to join our growing inpatient Neurology service at Mercy Hospital Springfield in Springfield, Missouri. Our Mercy NeuroHospitalist team consists of three physicians, four advanced practitioners and an engaged support staff focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
Medical Director or Physician Leader role, helping shape the future of our expanding neuroscience service line and stroke program.
- Comprehensive Stroke Center accredited by The Joint Commission
- Level 1 Stroke Center designated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Servies (MoDHSS)
- Level I Trauma & Burn Center
- 880 acute bed hospital
- More than 90,000 emergency department visits annually
- Consultative general neurology and stroke program
- Established Transcranial Doppler program
- System-wide EPIC EMR
- Grade A rating from The Leapfrog Group

This Position Offers:
- Competitive, shift-based compensation model with 12-hour shifts
- Opportunity for Medical Directorship or Physician Leadership responsibilities for qualified candidates
- $50,000 Bonus
