We are looking for an experienced Network Onboarding Specialist to join our Network & Clinical Quality team. This role would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day 1099 and W2 onboarding workflows, partnering with the Network Onboarding Manager to streamline processes, support provider onboarding and maintenance, and assist the clinical team with W2 initiatives and enrollment reporting. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and solutions-oriented, with a passion for identifying improvements, troubleshooting operational challenges, and bringing their talents into a “for purpose” space. This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC.
What You’ll Do
- Onboarding Support
- Oversee and support the day-to-day operations for both 1099 and W2 workflows.
- Collaborate with Network Onboarding Manager to develop and implement streamlined workflows in the onboarding platforms (Fountain, Talkspace Admin/product, etc.).
- Ensure efficient onboarding processes (smooth phase changes, contracting, etc.), guaranteeing smooth provider maintenance processes (providers' account changes, etc.).
- Learn, document, and execute all requirements related to onboarding.
- Support clinical team in W2 initiative to ensure smooth onboarding of new network clinicians through the flow.
- Onboarding Improvement
- Report on enrollment trends within the funnel.
- Identify areas of improvement, bugs and product gaps, and operational bottlenecks.
- Troubleshoot any bottlenecks and blockages in the flow/ reach out to stakeholders who can assist.
- Team Collaboration
- Be an active participant and problem solver in recurrent meetings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
About You
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of customer-facing experience required.
- Experience (or strong interest) in working in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail.

Compensation
At Talkspace, we believe that pay transparency during the interview process is a critical part of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Our salary bands are based on internal and external compensation benchmarks, which we regularly evaluate to ensure we pay competitively.
The base salary range for this role is between $64,000 and $75,000/yr. Within the salary bands, leveling corresponds to each candidate’s relevant experience, skills as assessed during the interview process, education, and applicable certifications.
