About the Role

The National Commission Auditor is responsible for the reporting and reconciliation of all Incentive Commission payments within the business operations across all divisions and business units.

The purpose of this role is to coordinate and centralise the Incentive Commission function to align policies to strategic outcomes of the business and ensure full audit of amounts submitted for payment.

This is a part-time role, working 30.4 hours per week.

Requirements

Responsibilities & Duties

• Ensure all commission submissions are referenced back to a commission policy and in line with employee package.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual calculations (both actual and forecasts) of Commission submissions across Rental, Lift Truck, and the Service P&L.
• Record and generate database of all commission submissions and the outcome of payment (Accepted/Rejected).
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly paperwork and submit for approval to the General Manager Finance and Director Finance Asia Pacific.
• Complete a full audit of every payment calculation before submitting to Payroll for payment.
• Advise of any outstanding commissions that should be claimed per policy to align with P&L management.
• Develop and maintain business partnerships with Head Office and Branches to ensure alignment of incentive commission plans with organisational, financial, and sales goals.
