The department includes a network of primary care practices providing comprehensive services for adult patients, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and population health. Providers work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, partnering closely with specialty services to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.  

Required Qualifications: 

• BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine 

• Eligibility for medical licensure in South Carolina  

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-based approach
