Chapter Aesthetic Studio is looking for a talented, confidence-driven Registered Nurse to bring exceptional aesthetic care to guests across multiple studios in the Dakota’s region. Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $70K+ base, plus lucrative monthly incentive pay. Your earning potential is truly up to you.

Location: Fargo based Dakota's and parts of Iowa (Travel-based role supporting multiple Chapter Aesthetic Studio locations Orchard Park, Tonawanda, Pittsford, Cicero, New Hartford)

What You'll Do

• Deliver standout treatments, including: Botox, dermal fillers, microneedling, PRP/PRFM, laser resurfacing, and more.
• Bring consistency to every studio you visit. Guests should feel the same exceptional Chapter experience, wherever you are.
• Be a trusted guide. Support sales consultations and educate guests on memberships and treatment options.
• Keep the details sharp. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established protocols.
• Set the standard. Uphold cleanliness and compliance across every treatment environment.
• Move the needle. Partner with studio teams to drive performance — revenue, rebooking, and retention.

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Iowa (multi-state licensure is a big plus)
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics experience, or formal aesthetics training
• Enthusiasm for a multi-site role, you're flexible and ready to move between studios in your assigned area
• A personable, confident, and professional presence with guests and teammates
• Sharp organizational and documentation skills
• Comfort with EMR platforms and treatment technology
• Self-motivation, adaptability, and a strong sense of clinical responsibility
