As a MuleSoft Integration - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that revolutionize industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. Responsibilities

- Leading the design, coding, and testing of innovative software applications to drive digital transformation
- Managing software development projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Guiding teams in the implementation of software engineering methodologies and practices
- Utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop and enhance software solutions
- Overseeing the integration of enterprise applications and managing API services
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address business requirements and technical challenges
- Promoting the adoption of continuous integration and delivery practices to improve software quality
- Mentoring team members to develop their skills and encourage professional growth
- Analyzing system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized performance
- Engaging in strategic planning and execution to meet client expectations and deliver value

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
