As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud operations within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support services, confirming seamless infrastructure management and cloud solutions. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and maintain professional standards. You will focus on building meaningful client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency through FinOps operating models
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues and providing technical consultation to enhance service delivery
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to align with business objectives and compliance standards
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools such as Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Administering cloud-based services and confirming seamless integration with existing systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in cloud service management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization and improvement
- Supporting the development and execution of cloud strategies to enhance operational efficiency

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
