As an MS - IT Infra/Cloud - Associate-Storage- operate, you will engage in the dynamic world of cloud operations, focusing on infrastructure management and client support. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a team that delivers managed services, helping clients optimize their IT infrastructure. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their cloud operations.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

- Supporting cloud infrastructure operations and management to enhance service delivery
- Assisting in the design and optimization of cloud infrastructure architecture
- Engaging in troubleshooting and resolving cloud computing issues to maintain system performance
- Collaborating with teams to implement cloud migration strategies and optimize performance
- Utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform for cloud administration tasks
- Participating in cloud compliance and security measures to protect data integrity
- Contributing to the development of cloud service delivery models and strategies
- Monitoring infrastructure performance using tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk
- Providing technical consultation to clients on cloud-based service management solutions
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions in cloud operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
