We are looking for motivated intern to join our Legal Department! 

As Legal intern you will….

Provide support in corporate and commercial legal activities under supervision of the Legal team:

Corporate:

• Support in providing a full range of the company secretarial and legal support service for Mondelez International Inc.’s Netherlands-based international holding structure, ao: annual maintenance, corporate housekeeping, preparation of board meetings, draft, review minutes and resolutions, handle request of our foreign based subsidiaries (for resolutions, powers of attorney, etc.), arrange legalizations
• Keep proper filing of records
• Support the team in international restructurings and other projects, including project management, research, and drafting; and
• Contribute to the development of legal templates

Commercial:

• support the validation of promotional/marketing activations
• assist in providing advice to sales teams in relation to commercial law
• analyze and review sales and procurement contracts
• contribute to the development of templates for the Sales team (clauses/letters)

 You might be the one we are looking for if… 

• You are a (HBO) student/ recent Master in Law or equivalent, ideally with a focus on company / corporate law, contract law and/or competition law
• You are recognized for your communication skills, thoroughness, and ability to work autonomously
• You are fluent in Dutch and English
• Knowledge of / Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Willingness to learn legal research tools. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is a plus.

• Beginning: open 2026
• Duration: 3-6 months   
• Compensation: EUR 400 (gross monthly)
• Advantages:

- hybrid working system (min 50% at the office)
- days off: min. 6 days off up to 12 days off during the internship (depending on the location)
