What would you do? • Support banking operations and transformation initiatives across retail banking, commercial banking, lending operations, payments, customer servicing, financial crime compliance, and business operations. Roles and Responsibilities: • Lead and support banking operations and transformation initiatives. • Manage mobilization, transition, and governance activities for operations programs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and drive execution. • Monitor operational performance against service levels and key performance indicators. • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. • Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives. • Prepare governance reports, dashboards, and executive updates. • Support knowledge transfer, change management, and training activities. • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, organizational policies, and operational standards. • Coordinate with cross functional and global teams to deliver business objectives successfully. • Contribute to operational stability, customer satisfaction, and business growth objectives.
