As a Mobile App Developer - Senior Associate, you will be at the forefront of software and product innovation, focusing on developing transformative software solutions that drive digital transformation and enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to design, code, and test applications that redefine industries and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and inspire others while growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using reflection to enhance your strengths and address development areas. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies and client solutions.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing innovative mobile applications using programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and SwiftUI
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development
- Utilizing software development methodologies like Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to enhance application quality
- Conducting code reviews and debugging to maintain coding standards and improve software performance
- Designing and integrating APIs and microservices to support application functionality and scalability
- Managing the application lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and maintenance
- Leveraging tools and platforms such as React Native, Flutter, and Mendix for efficient application development
- Engaging in client management to understand and anticipate client needs, delivering tailored software solutions
- Applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex software engineering challenges
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Proficiency in at least one mobile stack:iOS: Swift + SwiftUI/UIKit
Android: Kotlin (or Java) + Jetpack Compose
Cross-platform: React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript) or Flutter (Dart)Solid grasp of mobile app architecture patterns (MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture)Understanding of the full mobile app lifecycle — build, test, release, app store submission
- Demonstrating proficiency in mobile app development using React Native or Flutter
- Utilizing experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Applying knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Excelling in client management and building meaningful client relationships
- Navigating complex software engineering challenges with critical thinking
- Embracing change and demonstrating learning agility in dynamic environments
