JOB PURPOSE

We’re looking for a Mid/Senior Creative with a strong passion for social, culture and ideas. Someone who naturally keeps up with the latest trends, understands how people behave across platforms, and can turn cultural insights into social content that feels relevant, engaging and made for the feed.

You’ll work across a range of consumer brands, developing organic social ideas, concepts and content that connect brands with communities and culture. You’ll be comfortable taking an idea from the initial brief through concepting and storyboarding to presentation and production.

This role is ideal for someone who can combine strong creative thinking with excellent writing skills and a good understanding of social platforms. You’ll be expected to confidently present and explain your ideas, using trends, audience insights and data to support your thinking.

From planned content to reactive ideas, social shoots and copywriting, you’ll help create work that feels native to the platform rather than simply adapting traditional campaign ideas for social.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Develop standout ideas for organic social, both planned and reactive
• Concept social-first content, formats and campaign ideas
• Write engaging copy, hooks, scripts and social captions
• Create storyboards, treatments and creative presentations
• Use cultural trends, audience insights and data to inform creative thinking
• Present and sell creative ideas clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, media specialists and account teams
• Attend and contribute to social-first shoots and productions
• Adapt creative ideas to different platforms, audiences and brand voices
• Use performance data and learnings to continuously improve social content
• Work within brand tone of voice and relevant brand, legal and approval guidelines
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Experience in a social-first creative role, either in an agency or in-house
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social-first concepts and creative thinking
• Experience with concepting, copywriting and content production
• Strong understanding of platforms such as TikTok and Instagram and how content performs on them
• A genuine interest in internet culture, social trends and the way people communicate online
• Ability to turn trends, cultural insights and audience behaviour into creative ideas
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Confidence presenting and explaining creative ideas
• Experience working collaboratively with designers, editors and other creative disciplines
• Ability to work quickly and comfortably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• A proactive, curious mindset and a genuine love of learning
• Ability to take ownership of your work while working closely with a wider international team
