Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Merchant Support Specialist (German-speaking) to join our ever evolving Merchant Operations team within Global Payments Europe and help shape the future of global commerce.

What you’ll own

• Provide timely and professional support to merchants via email and phone, ensuring a positive customer experience
• Handle merchant inquiries and claims related to payments, transaction processing, statements, portal access, declined transactions, and account adjustments
• Investigate and resolve incidents associated with card acceptance and payment processing activities
• Support merchants in navigating customer portals and understanding payment-related processes and services
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and information security requirements

What you’ll bring

• Fluency in German and Czech; other language skills are considered an advantage
• Strong customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

It’s a bonus if you have

• Experience in customer support, merchant services, payments, banking, or financial services
• Knowledge of payment processing, card acceptance, or transaction lifecycle management
• Experience working with customer portals, ticketing systems, or CRM platforms
