Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to counselors, therapists, and developing providers
• Review cases, treatment plans, documentation, and ethical concerns
• Help supervisees grow in clinical confidence
• Follow Hawaii supervision requirements
• Maintain consistent communication and records

Requirements

• Active Hawaii clinical license in good standing
• Eligible license types may include LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, or LCSW
• Must be qualified to supervise under Hawaii board requirements
• Experience supporting early-career clinicians preferred
