Key Responsibilities :
· By participating in the analysis of customer demands, converting customer demands into new product specifications, independently providing innovative structural solutions, sampling, and product verification..

· Take lead in product component standardization and platform construction, and compiling component or material specifications

· Utilize A3 or other analysis tools to lead or participate in the resolution of product quality issues within the specified time frame.
运用A3或其它分析工具，在规定时间内，牵头或参与产品质量问题解决。
According to the manager's arrangement, lead or participate in customer technical communications, support to production line manufacturing, and supply chain improvement.
根据主管安排，牵头或参与客户技术交流、产线制造和供应链改善的技术解决方案制定。
· Other tasks as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of experience in mechanical design and related working experience.
至少5年以上独立结构设计工作经验。
Have at least 3 years of algorithm and simulation experience to complex structures.
熟练掌握并具备3年以上较复杂结构的仿真计算经验。
Good command of polymer materials, metal materials, and related processing techniques
对高分子材料、金属材料以及相关加工工艺有较系统的了解。
Master degree or above, majoring in mechanical or automation engineering.
硕士或以上学历，机械或自动化等相关专业。
Good team work and communication skills, preferably in English communication.
良好的团队精神和沟通能力，英文交流良好者优先。
Rich experience in problem-solving and tools.
