Responsável por prestar apoio nas atividades da área de Manutenção Industrial, visando contribuir na Manutenção Mecânica para atendimento as manutenções corretivas, preventivas e de melhorias conforme procedimentos e orientação, afim de garantir a confiabilidade e disponibilidade das máquinas da área fabril.

Como você causará impacto:

• Emitir em todas as atividades a ARPT (Análise de Risco e Permissão de Trabalho), Stop Take Five, PTA (Permissão de Trabalho em Altura) quando aplicável e utilizar EPI's.
• Realizar manutenção mecânica preventiva e corretiva de máquinas da produção (Máquinas de Corte, Bobinadeiras, Estufas e etc), com a orientação e apoio dos mecânicos Senior e Pleno.
• Utilizar máquinas e equipamentos, tais como: ferramentas manuais, esmeril de bancada, furadeira elétrica, furadeira de bancada e equipamentos similares.
• Realizar Manutenção Preventiva em Bombas de Vácuo e Sistema de Tratamento e Armazenagem de Óleo, com a orientação e apoio do mecânico Senior.
• Realizar a lubrificação das máquinas e equipamentos, conforme orientação e apoio do mecânico Senior.     

• Responsável por garantir o cumprimento das normas, procedimentos e diretrizes internas e externas aplicáveis. 

Requisitos:

• Técnico em Elétrica ou Mecânica ou Gestão de Qualidade
• Conhecimento em Manutenção Mecânica, Hidráulica e Pneumática.
• Cursos de NR-35; Operação de Ponte Rolante; Operação de Plataforma Elevatória. 
• Disponibilidade para atuação em Guarulhos/SP.
