Job Purpose

At Haleon, we are shaping the future of field force excellence through data, technology and customer-centricity. Reporting to the MEA OU FFOF Manager, the MEA OU FFOF Executive will support delivery of the Field Force of the Future (FFOF) programme across Expert and Pharmacy channels, including the transition from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.

The role provides programme coordination, data and reporting support, market readiness tracking and user enablement under the direction of the MEA OU FFOF Manager.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support MEA CRM Transformation and FFOF Programme Delivery

• Support the MEA OU FFOF Manager with programme plans, trackers, governance materials and status reporting for the migration from Veeva CRM to Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud.
• Coordinate inputs from MEA markets and consolidate business requirements, readiness updates, issues and dependencies.
• Maintain action logs, decision records, deployment schedules and risk trackers, escalating material issues to the MEA OU FFOF Manager.
• Prepare clear progress updates and supporting analysis for programme and leadership forums.
• Support testing, readiness, go-live and hypercare activities across participating markets.

2. CRM Deployment, Adoption and User Enablement

The role will support rollout of these capabilities through:

• Coordinating implementation activities with local SFE teams and tracking completion against agreed plans.
• Supporting Super User and Data Steward communities with materials, meeting coordination and issue follow-up.
• Preparing and delivering training content under the guidance of the MEA OU FFOF Manager and relevant subject-matter experts.
• Monitoring adoption, user feedback and recurring support needs, and recommending practical follow-up actions.
• Facilitating day-to-day communication between global, OU and local stakeholders.

3. Data Migration, Governance and Data Excellence

• Support CRM data migration through data extraction, cleansing, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Run routine data-quality checks, investigate exceptions and coordinate remediation with markets and data teams.
• Support HCP master-data and identity-resolution improvement activities.
• Track first-party data completeness, consent and compliance indicators, escalating risks promptly.

4. Advanced Analytics, Automation and Next Best Action

• Build, refresh and quality-check dashboards and recurring reports for performance, opportunity, SIP, data quality and productivity tracking.
• Support user testing and monitoring of AI-driven Next Best Action capabilities.
• Produce concise insights and exception reports that support decision making by the MEA OU FFOF Manager and market teams.

5. Field Force Effectiveness and Performance Support

• Consolidate market performance data and highlight gaps, trends and exceptions.
• Support development and maintenance of performance dashboards and reporting packs.
• Provide analysis for Annual Business Planning, performance reviews and commercial-effectiveness discussions.

7. Segmentation, Targeting and Field Force Optimization

• Support segmentation and targeting cycles by preparing data, templates and market guidance.
• Support scenario modelling for territory alignment, workload balancing and resource allocation.
• Maintain approved tools and documentation and track completion across markets.

Requirements

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage several workstreams and deadlines.
• Practical experience with CRM, field-force effectiveness, commercial operations, data or reporting.
• Good analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with Salesforce or Veeva is advantageous.
• Clear written and verbal communication and confidence working across countries and functions.
• Ability to follow governance, handle data responsibly, solve routine problems independently and escalate appropriately.
• Curiosity, learning agility and a continuous-improvement mindset.
