Key Responsibilities:
Processes MDM requests, incidents, data set-ups in Syndigo and Oracle eBS for golden and non-golden attributes and bank verifications for Vendor Golden Records.
Triages and ensures timely processing of MDM requests and incidents.
Set-up and update Vendor master records in Syndigo and Oracle eBS, based on the information received from the Intake Form.
Corrects defects and data quality issues.
Validate that vendor specifications are complete and uploaded into all relevant systems.
Persistent monitoring of exceptions from and adherence to Data Quality policies and governance standards and standard work processes.
Maintain integration processes to support on-going data quality.
Writes reports, documentation and operating manuals, adhering to business needs and IT standards.
Identify and recommend process improvements.
Perform data cleansing and validation.
Basic Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science or relevant experience of minimum 1-2 years in a procurement or business support role
Demonstrated understanding of data modelling, data quality, and data profiling
Experienced with Microsoft Desktop Applications Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel)
Strong analytical skills combined with practical business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in clear and concise business communications
Flexible, well-organized and ready for self-development
Detail-oriented
Advanced English, Portuguese, Spanish
