Job Summary
As a Material Support & Logistics Protege at Airbus Helicopters Malaysia SDN. BHD., you will embark on a structured development program designed to cultivate your skills and knowledge within the aerospace industry. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to various aspects of helicopter manufacturing, maintenance, or operations, preparing you for future specialized roles within the company. Depending on business needs and your development path, you will be assigned to shadow and assist either the material support associate or the warehouse assistant
Job Responsibilities
* Actively participate in training programs, workshops, and on-the-job learning experiences.
* Shadow experienced professionals across different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations.
* Assist in day-to-day tasks and projects as directed by mentors and supervisors, contributing to team objectives.
* Conduct research and analysis on specific topics relevant to assigned projects or company initiatives.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to training activities and project outcomes.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
* Seek feedback and proactively identify areas for personal and professional growth.
* Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
* Operational duties include procurement and vendor communication, inbound and outbound logistics, inventory handling and warehouse facilities maintenance
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics), Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong academic record.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
* High level of initiative, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn.
* Ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Prior internship or project experience in an aerospace or manufacturing environment is a plus.
