To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Material Planning Analyst located in Guadalajara North.

Reporting to the Materials Manager the Material Planning Analyst’s role involves:

What a typical day looks like:

• Assists in auditing data for accuracy and preparing summary reports, spreadsheets, graphics and charts based on the analysis of data.
• May assist in the preparation of recommendations to management based on the analysis of data.
• Collects, compiles, analyzes and presents various types of data.
• Generate Shortage Reports.
• Review Shortage Reports with buyers and present a summary to the client.
• Experience with NPI and transfers.
• Demand analysis and loading.
• Analyze, request, and record approvals for excess MOQ and PPV PFAs (expediting fees).
• Control of Do Not Buy listings.
• Analyze and implement Engineering Changes.
• Attend and participate in CFT meetings.
• Generate and follow up on Excess and Obsolete Inventory Reports.
• Update Production Plan - Capacity Projection.
• Experience in Electronic Industry (desirable).

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advanced English
• Typically requires a bachelor’s degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Tracks materials financial performance and initiate corrective actions when required.
• NPI experience.
• Knowledge of Kinaxis.
• Excellent customer service.
