• Job Summary
  This role is responsible for strategically engaging in the development, implementation, and governance of product support or solution portfolios throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that business needs align with our current Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems capabilities, such as SAP S4, CREST, MPO, GPSY, C4, ICOST, etc. The role collaborates globally to implement innovative services and solutions to meet evolving customer demands and drive profitable growth. The role analyzes the business to proactively identify errors, root causes or areas of improvement, thereby driving process enhancement efforts and business performance. Strong cross-collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Design to Operate Organization (DTO), IT, Corporate Finance Reporting (CFR), and other Product Lifecycle teams in HW Print and Compute is required. The role also establishes and manages service level agreements, while also engaging in mentoring lower-level employees.
  
  Responsibilities
• Manage product support or solution portfolios throughout their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, seamless end-to-end service delivery, and sales readiness, along with their associated processes.
• Collaborate across regions, geographies, and global teams to formulate and implement innovative services, solutions, or programs and their associated processes to address evolving customer and market demands while promoting profitable growth.
• Contribute reporting information from applicable systems like SAP S4 with BI reporting capabilities and provide analysis to help drive business decisions for our stakeholders.
• Represent the services PLM organization in multiple projects and programs, including but not limited to PLM COE Governance, Architecture Review Board, MADOs, and system enhancement initiatives.
• Conduct thorough business analysis, identify root causes, and formulate recommendations and solutions to drive enhancements in business performance.
• Manage, understand and coordinate material master data introductions and maintenance across multiple ERP systems, including but not limited to S4, MPO, C4, ICOST, PHWeb, etc.
• Create process documentation, data flows, and provide training to direct and indirect team members.
• Utilize both technical and business acumen to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on the services business.
• Apply advanced subject matter knowledge, lead, and contribute to complex projects, and exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develop and build productive internal/external working relationships and provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
• Works independently with low supervision to achieve defined objectives and deliver high-quality results, taking ownership of assignments, identifying priorities, risks and opportunities to ensure successful outcomes.

• Education & Experience Recommended
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in service business management, delivery, solution architecting, business planning, or a related field.
