岗位职责（Job Responsibilities）

负责仓库日常运营工作，包括物料、零部件、耗材及设备的接收、存储、发运和配送，确保物料流转及时、准确、安全。

具体职责包括：

• 负责物料收货、验货、入库、上架及库存管理；
• 根据采购订单（PO）或发票核对来料信息，记录收货数据，对不符合要求的物料进行反馈和处理；
• 执行物料搬运、拆包、包装、拣料、发料、装卸车等仓储作业；
• 按照生产需求进行物料配送、KANBAN补货、备货及生产线物料支持；
• 负责成品、备件及其他物料的发运工作，包括包装、称重、运输信息维护及发货单据处理；
• 进行库存盘点，确保库存数据准确性；
• 使用条码扫描系统及自动化设备完成物料管理相关操作；
• 按要求操作叉车及其他物料搬运设备；
• 根据生产需求准备Kitting（物料配套包）并支持装配生产；
• 严格遵守公司安全、质量及仓储管理流程要求；
• 完成上级安排的其他相关工作。

任职要求（Qualifications）

教育背景

• 中专、职高或大专及以上学历；
• 物流管理、仓储管理、供应链管理、机电等相关专业优先。

工作经验

• 2-4年仓储、物流、生产物料管理相关工作经验；
• 具有制造业、医疗器械、电子或机械行业仓库工作经验者优先。

专业技能

• 熟悉收货、入库、上架、库存管理、备货、KANBAN补货、发运等仓储业务流程；
• 具备装卸车、包装、物料搬运等实际操作经验；
• 熟悉条码扫描系统及自动化设备使用；
• 能熟练使用办公软件，包括：
  • Microsoft Outlook（邮件）
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
• 具备SAP、Workday或其他ERP系统操作经验者优先；
• 具有基础英语阅读能力，可识别物料标签、单据及系统信息。

资质要求

• 持有有效叉车驾驶证者优先；
• 能按要求完成公司培训系统（LMS）规定的相关培训课程。

个人素质

• 工作认真负责，执行力强；
• 具备良好的团队合作意识和沟通能力；
• 能适应仓储现场工作环境；
• 具有安全意识和质量意识；
• 能按照标准作业流程完成各项任务。

工作环境与身体要求

• 能够适应仓库及生产现场工作环境；
• 能够搬运一定重量的物料及包装箱；
• 可根据工作需要操作叉车及其他搬运设备；
• 无出差要求。
