THE WORK:
The Marketing Transformation Manager leads complex, multi-market transformation programs that help clients modernize their marketing capabilities, operating models, and customer engagement strategies. Sitting at the intersection of strategic advisory and program delivery, this role is responsible for shaping transformation roadmaps, driving execution excellence, and ensuring measurable business outcomes.
Working closely with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will help clients accelerate growth through marketing innovation, digital enablement, omnichannel engagement, and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders across Marketing, Technology, Data, and Commercial functions
• Lead complex transformation programs spanning multiple markets, business units, and workstreams, ensuring successful delivery against strategic objectives
• Advise clients on marketing transformation initiatives, including digital capability development, operating model design, customer engagement strategies, and growth acceleration
• Develop and govern program structures, including delivery frameworks, operating models, governance processes, risk management, and change management activities
• Coordinate regional and cross-functional teams to drive alignment, consistency, and execution excellence across transformation initiatives
• Lead executive business reviews, steering committees, and governance forums with senior leadership teams
• Collaborate with internal technology, consulting, design, and operations teams to develop and deliver integrated client solutions
• Drive commercial growth through account development, opportunity identification, pipeline management, and client renewals
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Strategy, Technology, or a related field
• 10 to 12 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, consulting, transformation, or related business advisory roles
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing including demand generation, content strategy, omnichannel engagement, customer lifecycle management, and digital campaign execution
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs across multiple countries or regions and especially within the life sciences industry.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and advise senior stakeholders, including executive and C-suite leaders
• Experience managing both delivery outcomes and commercial account responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and program leadership capabilities
