You will be responsible for:

• Brand Social Media Operations: Manage the setup, daily operation, and maintenance of domestic social media accounts, covering Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and WeChat Official Account. Independently plan and produce social media content such as graphics and short videos, build content for the overseas SaaS industry, enhance brand exposure, and uncover potential customer leads.
• Marketing Event Execution: Plan and organize online marketing events (livestreams, industry sharing sessions, channel salons, etc.), and complete the full event execution process, including material preparation, event promotion, on-site coordination, and data review.
• Channel Materials and Logistics Support: Handle the production of channel authorization plaques and the daily logistics coordination for channel-related materials to ensure the supply of materials for channel partners.
• Partner Community Operations: Manage the daily operation and maintenance of channel partner groups; organize partners to synchronize social media promotional activities and drive partners to jointly promote the brand; standardize and manage partners' external marketing messaging and materials, and ensure promotional compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, New Media, or Advertising are preferred; experience in B2B, SaaS, enterprise services, or overseas market/marketing or new media is preferred.
• Familiar with the rules of mainstream domestic social media platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, WeChat Channels, and WeChat Official Account; able to independently complete copywriting and short video script planning, with basic content creation capabilities.
• Experience in community operations; skilled at maintaining channel partner relationships; experience in channel marketing support is a plus.
• Capable of event planning and execution; detail-oriented and well-organized; able to handle administrative tasks such as materials and logistics.
• Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel; knowledge of overseas cloud communications and WhatsApp API-related industries is preferred.
• Basic English reading and writing skills are preferred.
