THE ROLE 

As the branch Marketing Specialist, you will drive marketing strategy and execution for the France market while co-owning global strategy for the Cosmetics & Personal Care and Pharma sectors. This role is both a local strategist and a global sector contributor — connecting local business goals with global brand direction and ensuring each sector's priorities are activated effectively in-market. 

You will report to Managing Director France and partner with the Global Marketing Lead, Global Sector Leads, branch marketing peers and the global marketing team.  

This is a 13-month fixed-term position covering a maternity leave, with structured onboarding at the start and a clean handover at the end.

• You are a purpose-driven marketing professional eager to put your skills to work towards our mission of bridging sustainability and business value. 

• You bring 4+ years’ B2B marketing experience in professional services or consulting, ideally in global contexts. 

• You have proven experience in building visibility, creating engagement, and measuring impact. 

• You are comfortable balancing strategy with execution, from research and analysis to event management and content creation. 

• You thrive in a collaborative, international team environment and can work independently to deliver results. 

• You know how to create engagement with peers and stakeholders, both internally and externally. 

• You’re a team player who works efficiently, independently, and follows through on deadlines. 

• You have excellent written and spoken communication in French and English. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Local Marketing Strategy & Execution — France 

• Develop and execute the France marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with both local business objectives and global brand direction. 

• Serve as the marketing partner to local leadership, helping achieve sales and client-growth goals. 

• Activate both global and local marketing — implementing global campaigns and content, and adapting them for French audiences. 

• Create market-specific webinars and localized content to engage clients and prospects. 

• Manage local PR and media relationships. 

Events 

• Lead the France event strategy and execution — executing pre-defined and new opportunities, managing logistics, and ensuring brand consistency. 

Global Sector Ownership — Cosmetics & Personal Care and Pharma 

Wearing a dual hat as sector marketing point person for both sectors: 

• Partner with the Global Sector Lead to execute pre-defined global sector strategy and adding new activations as prioritized. 

• Ensure all other sector strategies are activated effectively in the French market. 

• Share sector strategy with the global marketing team for consolidation into the global plan. 

• Coordinate execution with branch peers and global marketing when sector activities take place outside France. 

Insight & Collaboration 

• Provide feedback and insight to global teams on local performance, opportunities, and client needs.

• Punctual collaboration with other Quantis branches (Switzerland, Italy, Germany, US) via web-conference
