We are looking for a proactive Marketing Specialist to join our Tallinn team for a maternity leave cover of approximately 1.5 years. In this role, you will mainly be responsible for building strong working relationships with our partners and initiating and coordinating joint marketing activities that strengthen Inbank’s visibility across partner channels and support commercial goals.

What will you be doing?

• Build, develop, and maintain strong working relationships with our partners.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager and key members of the merchant team to plan and execute effective partner marketing initiatives.
• Develop procedures and best practices for managing the production, implementation, and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage the design, production, and distribution of POS and ePOS materials, ensuring strong and consistent brand visibility across partner channels.
• Plan and execute sales competitions and other partner campaigns by developing and coordinating campaign materials, managing the competition process, conducting winner draws, and ensuring timely prize distribution.

What will help you succeed in this role

• 2–3 years of proven experience in a Marketing Specialist or similar role, with B2B marketing experience being an advantage.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in budgeting and cost optimization for marketing projects.
• Hands-on experience producing POS/ePOS materials, collaborating with agencies for design and production.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken Estonian and English.
