We’re seeking a resourceful, detail‑driven Marketing Operations Manager to own and optimize our marketing technology ecosystem. You’ll orchestrate campaign execution across our stack — including Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Apollo, Copilot Agent Studio, Make, and more, ensuring seamless integrations, precise tracking, and scalable processes. This role is the operational backbone of our integrated marketing campaigns, translating strategy into execution by managing systems, workflows, and data that drive pipeline and revenue.
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week onsite in the Bogotá office.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Own and optimize the MarTech stack.
- Implement and integrate new best-in-class systems to drive greater marketing impact.
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to align campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
- Build email nurtures, landing pages, outbound sequences, paid ads, organic social (support).
- Operationalize intent data into dynamic audience targeting, nurture workflows, and sales alerts.
- Manage lead lifecycle: scoring, routing, and notifications from marketing to sales via Marketo and Dynamics.
- Work with Demand Gen team to implement signal‑based workflows (e.g., engagement, intent spikes, CRM stage changes) that trigger automated actions in campaigns and sales follow‑ups.
- Maintain clean, synchronized data across CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools.
- Automate cross‑platform workflows.
- Inspect and update governance for UTMs, GTM, tagging, and event tracking to ensure consistent reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards for Brand, Influence, and Conversion stage KPIs.
- Report on campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline creation, and revenue contribution.
- Surface actionable insights from deal and campaign analysis to improve future campaigns.
What you’ll bring to us:

5–8 years in marketing operations or revenue operations, preferably in B2B SaaS or ABM-driven environments.

Hands‑on experience with marketing automation, CRM, data analytics, and workflow tools

Experience with digital campaign management and end to end attribution

Proven track record managing analytics across websites, digital campaigns, and CRM platforms

Proficiency with web analytics platforms (e.g., GA4, or privacy-compliant alternatives).

Strong data visualization and reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).

Familiarity with data integration tools, tag management systems, and attribution modeling

Strong understanding of data governance, lead lifecycle management, and pipeline analytics.
