The Marketing Operations Coordinator supports the execution, and operational workflows of multi-channel customer relationship management initiatives. With a focus on email and push notification marketing, this role will support the current Marketing Manager and will partner together in building, testing, and deploying campaigns within the Braze platform to enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Braze Campaign Execution: Build and deploy, one-time, triggered, and automated campaigns, including email, push notifications, in-app messages and design and execute a/b tests.
- Customer Journey Orchestration: Set up and maintain user journeys in Braze Canvas, configuring segments, filters, and behavioral triggers to ensure the right audience receives the right message at the right time.
- Data & Personalization: Leverage Liquid Logic (templating) and Connected Content in Braze to create highly personalized dynamic content.
- Quality Assurance (QA): Serve as the final, meticulous check on campaign setups, including link validation, segmentation accuracy, push payload testing, and proper rendering across email clients.
- Campaign Scheduling & Reporting: Manage a campaign calendar, ensuring timely delivery. Monitor campaign KPIs (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and build reporting with insights.
- Own day-to-day monitoring and management of data interfaces between Braze, and Amplitude, Snowflake, other marketing platforms that are interfacing with Braze and alert appropriate teams of any issues.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 2 years hands on experience in email/push CRM or Lifecycle marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience with Braze specifically with building Campaigns, Canvas, and Segmentation.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and the ability to identify data discrepancies/inconsistencies and communicate effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other MARTECH tools (Amplitude, Tableau, Snowflake).
- Ability to troubleshoot campaign issues, data errors, and user segmentation issues.
- Knowledge of email/push best practices. #LI-MS1
