Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Officer to support and implement marketing, advertising, promotional, and communication activities in Iraq. The role will help strengthen brand awareness, promote the Bank’s products and services, and support marketing events, digital activities, media relations, and CSR initiatives in line with the Bank’s strategy and corporate identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor marketing, advertising, and promotional plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns for the Bank’s products and services in the Iraqi market.
• Support the development of marketing and advertising content in line with the Bank’s brand identity.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, media outlets, and external vendors.
• Organize and monitor marketing events, activities, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct market, customer, competitor, and product research and provide relevant insights.
• Monitor the Bank’s corporate identity across branches, marketing materials, and digital channels.
• Coordinate social media and digital content with the relevant teams.
• Support sponsorships, community initiatives, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
• Monitor media coverage and public communications related to the Bank.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing campaigns, events, and activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, corporate identity, and applicable Iraqi regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in Marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Good computer skills and ability to work with relevant systems.
• Knowledge of banking products and services and familiarity with the Iraqi banking environment.
• Knowledge of Central Bank of Iraq regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple activities effectively.
• Strong coordination and persuasion skills.
