We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our Yamaha Division.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the mid-term strategy for the Yamaha Land products in collaboration with the Sales Department
• Set strategic marketing objectives and goals aligned with the overall business strategy 
• Prepare, manage and monitor the Marketing Budget ensuring the effective allocation of resources
• Propose the pricing policy of Yamaha Land products
• Supervise and coordinate the planning of Yamaha Land products
• Lead, coordinate and develop the Marketing Department covering CRM, Press Advertising, Digital Marketing, Events/Roadshows, and Racing
• Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to ensure Yamaha's competitive position
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen Yamaha's brand positioning and market presence
• Monitor marketing performance through KPIs and analytics, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and identifying areas for improvement.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to identify opportunities and ensure Yamaha's competitive position.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with the press, opinion leaders and industry experts
• Ensure effective collaboration and alignment with Yamaha on marketing strategies, activities and business objectives

Requirements

 Who you are:

• 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the 2 Wheeler industry 
• Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration 
• Proven experience in brand management, development of integrated marketing campaigns and solid understanding of digital marketing channels, tools and performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable marketing decisions
• Ability to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance marketing processes, improve efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team, with strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English (written and verbal) 
• Experience with the MS Office Suite and advanced expertise with Excel spreadsheets
