We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.

In this position, you will develop and deliver marketing and communications across the guest lifecycle, from discovery and booking to the resort stay and future visits. Working closely with PR, CRM, Sales, Revenue, Reservations and Operations, you will create relevant content and communications that support room bookings, drive non-room revenue, enhance the guest experience and encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the annual marketing plan, activity calendar and budget, aligned with seasonal demand and target audiences.
• Translate marketing priorities into campaigns and content that strengthen the Resort’s positioning and support its seasonal program and core offerings.
• Lead content production across photo, video and digital assets, working with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Develop engaging communications across the guest journey, from pre-arrival and in-resort experiences to social media and other digital channels.
• Ensure all content and communications are accurate, consistent and aligned with Luxury Collection and Marriott brand standards across key digital and guest touchpoints.
• Monitor marketing performance, campaign results and ROI, while supporting Sales with relevant materials and identifying opportunities to drive room bookings, non-room revenue and repeat visits.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, guest sentiment and brand developments, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business or a related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience in luxury hospitality, travel or a similar premium sector.
• Proven experience developing annual marketing plans and delivering integrated campaigns and content.
• Hands-on experience managing photo and video production, from briefing to final delivery.
• Strong understanding of guest journey communications, digital channels and conversion optimization.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and working with external agencies and creative partners.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong writing and editing skills and good knowledge of social media, analytics and web content management systems.
