YOUR MISSION
The Global Running BU is looking for an agile, dynamic, accountable and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team! The right person in this role will join a team of passionate marketers looking to maintain and build upon the brands exciting growth in performance running across the world. This role is at the center of it all with critical contributions to our building of campaigns, maintaining seamless connectivity with international markets, and being a key connection point in all the cross-functional work that takes place behind the scenes. Supporting the Team Head and, at moments, other team members, this person will help create what the future of PUMAs performance running business looks like through a consumer obsessed lens. From initial briefs through launches, integrated marketing plays a crucial role in how our business will continue to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately, growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and assist in building disruptive omni-channel plans for upcoming product/campaign launches
Own key initiative campaign productions including agency briefing
Attend commercial productions and launch events
Collaborate cross-functionally to determine product roll-outs and launches
Serve as the go-to team member for other regions through a consistent cadence of touch bases
Assist in building seasonal priority presentations and product roadmaps
Support Team Head on all aspects of go-to-market process
Own seasonal product ordering and strategy
Manage development and execution of seasonal training tools
Assist with adhoc projects on the global running business
YOUR TALENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
2-4 years of applicable experience preferred
Experience in building go-to-market plans
Creativity and ability to think out of the box
Collect and examine data to share an informed conclusion
Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workloads and multi-task
Exhibit the ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external colleagues, communication is paramount
Strong experience using Microsoft Suite applications
Entrepreneurial spirit and energy
Detail oriented, organized, resourceful, self-motivated and proactive
Be a team player; be the colleague you would want to have
The hiring range base pay for this position is $62,700 - $83,380 + Bonus + Benefits (Benefit Summary Corporate)
