  • Writes, edits, and produces thought leadership, marketing collateral, presentations, email campaigns, blogs, digital content, announcements, and other communications for retirement plan sponsor audiences.
  • Manages marketing and client deliverable projects from initial request through completion, including timelines, content collection, review cycles, approvals, production, and distribution.
  • Maintains organized tracking of projects, deadlines, approvals, recurring deliverables, and outstanding action items.
  • Works closely with advisory, investment, client service, operations, compliance, sales, and leadership teams to ensure materials are accurate, timely, brand-consistent, and appropriate for a regulated financial services environment.

  • Develops and supports digital, email, social media, print, direct mail, and other marketing initiatives as appropriate.
  • Uses available performance data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate and improve marketing efforts.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills, including the ability to quickly transform complex information into polished, accurate, executive-ready materials.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong visual judgment and the ability to organize information clearly and consistently across presentations and other materials.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including when working with data, financial information, formatting, deadlines, and compliance-sensitive content.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, recurring deliverables, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow projects through to completion with accuracy, urgency, and accountability.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior leaders, subject matter experts, corporate partners, external resources, and colleagues with different working styles.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an ability to contribute ideas and professional judgment while also incorporating direction, feedback, brand standards, and established processes.
  • Proactive, adaptable, service-oriented, and willing to assist with both high-visibility projects and day-to-day team needs.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and initiative to learn a specialized business, its services, clients, terminology, and regulatory environment.
  • Ability to work onsite and provide responsive, hands-on support to the Retirement Plan Services team.

Additional preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting retirement plan advisory services, ERISA fiduciary services, investment consulting, recordkeeping, employee benefits, wealth management, asset management, or another regulated financial services business.
  • Familiarity with employer-sponsored retirement plans, plan sponsor audiences, fiduciary committees, investment review materials, or compliance-sensitive client communications.
  • Experience creating client meeting materials, quarterly or annual review packages, proposals, RFP responses, finalist presentations, or sales enablement materials.
  • Experience coordinating recurring client deliverables, approval workflows, deadline tracking, and follow-up across multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, project management, design, or content management platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Monday.com, Asana, or comparable platforms.
