Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing plan and execution for Arrow ECS France, driving Arrow ECS awareness, partner engagement, and revenue growth through innovative marketing programs. This role requires strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in IT distribution and channel ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

·        Manage and execute marketing programs:

o   Define and implement the country marketing plan aligned with EMEA and global guidelines.

o   Drive the development of annual vendor marketing plans (incl budget and KPIs); Work closely with vendors and any teams involved in marketing plans

o   Manage and ensure smooth execution of marketing programs/initiatives, including online & offline marketing tactics, targeting channel partners and end customers

o   Design and organize Arrow events (external & internal),  ensure Arrow presence during trade shows and exhibitions organized by third party

·        Budget management

o   Manage and reconcile vendor marketing budgets and activities

o   Ensure that vendor marketing plans are implemented and program is completed on time and within budget; recommend or redirect strategies as needed

o   Ensure earned MDF is executed upon; propose Arrow-designed programs to get incremental funding from vendors

·        Team management

o   Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals and coordinate with vendor managers.

o   Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function

o   Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges

o   Foster collaboration across sales, vendor management, and EMEA/global marketing teams.

·        Analytics & Reporting

o   Track campaign performance, ROI, and market trends to optimize strategies.

o   Prepare regular reports for France leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 8+ years of marketing experience in IT distribution or channel environment, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Strong knowledge of channel ecosystems, vendor programs, and MDF management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools.
• Fluent in French and English.
