We are seeking a talented individual to join our Product and Customer Engagement team at Marsh Super. This role will be based in Melbourne or Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Marketing Manager, Campaigns and Digital

This is a 12-month contract role focused on member campaigns and digital experiences. You will help shape simpler, more personalised communications that support members to make informed decisions. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and wider stakeholders, you will help deliver effective campaigns across digital channels and improve engagement through insights, testing, and optimisation.

We will count on you to:

• Develop, execute and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, mobile, web and paid media
• Lead the delivery and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives to support member engagement and retention
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create, automate and refine personalised campaigns
• Manage performance marketing channels such as PPC, display advertising and paid media
• Monitor campaign performance, test new approaches and translate results into practical recommendations
• Partner with analytics, product, customer experience and external agencies to deliver consistent campaign outcomes

What you need to have:

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing and campaign management
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio and Einstein
• Capability to analyse campaign data and provide clear, actionable insights
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
