The role is responsible for supporting integrated marketing initiatives across content, digital, campaigns, and events to drive business growth and strengthen brand presence. The job holder will contribute to the development and execution of marketing activities that effectively communicate key messages, promote investment capabilities, and engage target audiences. Be responsible for creating high-quality written content that engages and informs audiences across various platforms. Primary focus will be on developing compelling and persuasive content that effectively communicates key messages, promotes investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies, enhances brand awareness, and drives audience engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the individual will play an active role in content development, digital marketing, client engagement, and campaign delivery, ensuring all outputs align with brand standards and regulatory requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop engaging and informative written content for various platforms, including website pages, social media posts, promotional campaigns, and marketing collateral.

• Conduct thorough research to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and credibility of content.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand requirements, gather insights, and develop content strategies.

• Write compelling headlines, taglines, and calls-to-action that grab attention and encourage audience engagement.

• Manage and update digital platforms, including website content, social media, and online campaigns

• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by incorporating relevant keywords and implementing best practices for on-page optimization.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, market changes, and emerging best practices in content writing and marketing.

• Collaborate with design team to incorporate visual elements, infographics, and multimedia content into written materials.

• Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, such as engagement, click-through rates, and conversions, and use insights to improve future content strategies.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Support the planning and execution of client events and sponsorships, including logistics, materials, onsite delivery, and post-event follow-up and performance tracking.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, journalism, communications, or a related field.

• Proven track record of at least 5 years of experience in investment marketing or financial services marketing, preferably in asset management, investment banking, or a related industry.

• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive content that resonates with target audiences.

• In-depth understanding of investment products, financial markets, and investment strategies, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

• Creativity and the ability to generate original ideas while adhering to brand guidelines.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error-free content.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
