- Partner with external marketing agencies and vendors to coordinate deliverables, timelines, priorities, and execution.
- Create, update, and maintain marketing materials including product brochures, presentations, customer collateral, case studies, sell sheets, and company communications.
- Support brand alignment across multiple companies, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and customer experience.
- Assist with marketing integration efforts during acquisitions, including updating collateral, websites, branding, communication materials, and customer-facing content.
- Maintain and improve company websites, ensuring content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business objectives.
- Manage social media presence, including content calendars, company updates, employee/customer highlights, and industry-related messaging.
- Coordinate photography, videos, facility content, project highlights, and other materials that showcase company capabilities.
- Support trade shows, customer events, conferences, and other business development activities.
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer needs and create tools that support growth initiatives.
- Manage marketing projects from concept through completion, coordinating internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Track marketing activities, results, and opportunities for improvement.
- Establish basic marketing processes, templates, standards, and organization as the function grows.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- Experience working in a growing organization where marketing processes and structure were being created or improved.

- Experience managing external marketing agencies, vendors, or contractors.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience creating sales collateral, digital content, presentations, and customer-facing marketing materials.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and leadership teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Marketing experience in industrial manufacturing, technical products, or B2B environments.
- Experience supporting acquisitions, rebranding efforts, or marketing alignment across multiple companies.

- Comfortable taking ownership and driving projects forward with limited direction.
- Able to balance creativity with the needs of a technical manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
