The Opportunity:

We're looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead student acquisition and growth initiatives for one of our biggest university partners. You will be responsible for driving prospective student growth through targeted campaigns, data-led decision making, and close collaboration with both internal teams and university stakeholders. As a key member of the team, you will help shape growth strategies, optimise marketing investment, and enhance the student journey from initial enquiry through to enrolment. Your ability to balance commercial objectives with customer-focused marketing initiatives will be critical to delivering strong enrolment outcomes and long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned to university partner objectives.
  • Work closely with Performance Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retention and Marketing Automation teams to optimise conversion outcomes.
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and investment decisions to maximise ROI.
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead quality and enrolment trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and course launches from planning through to execution.
  • Act as the key marketing partner for university stakeholders, building trusted relationships and delivering strategic advice.
  • Translate market insights and customer data into actionable marketing strategies.

About you:

  • 6-8 years years of proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition or performance marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, budgets, forecasts and marketing ROI
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that achieve measurable growth outcomes
  • Ability to use data and insights to optimise performance and influence decision-making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience working in education, higher education, professional services, technology, SaaS or other customer acquisition-focused environments will be highly regarded
