Senior Marketing Manager, Secondary Markets

Role Purpose

The Senior Marketing Manager will develop and deliver audience-led marketing strategies and integrated programmes that support the commercial priorities of Euronext's Secondary Markets businesses.

Working closely with business, sales, product and communications stakeholders, the role translates priorities into clear marketing plans, evidence-based recommendations and activity that delivers measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Business Partnership

• Build a strong understanding of business strategy, commercial priorities and growth opportunities across Secondary Markets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate objectives, challenges and opportunities into clear marketing strategies and plans.
• Ensure marketing activity is aligned to business outcomes, success measures and commercial impact.
• Provide insight, challenge and recommendations to stakeholders, acting as a strategic partner rather than a delivery function.

Audience Insight & Strategic Planning

• Develop a clear understanding of priority audiences, customer needs, motivations and barriers.
• Use market intelligence, customer insight, campaign performance and stakeholder feedback to inform planning.
• Define the audience and behaviour changes marketing should influence to support business objectives.
• Identify assumptions, risks, opportunities and evidence gaps within plans.

Integrated Marketing Programmes

• Develop and lead integrated marketing programmes that support agreed business priorities.
• Build campaigns around customer needs and business opportunities, not isolated marketing activities.
• Coordinate content, events, communications, digital activity and sales enablement assets to deliver programme objectives.
• Ensure campaigns create a consistent and compelling customer experience across channels and touchpoints.

Performance, Measurement & Optimisation

• Define meaningful success measures linked to commercial objectives.
• Monitor programme performance and use data, feedback and market insight to optimise activity.
• Develop stakeholder reporting focused on outcomes, influence and business impact rather than activity alone.
• Contribute to marketing measurement, reporting and best practice.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

• Build strong relationships across business, sales, product, communications and other internal stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through evidence, insight and recommendations.
• Make priorities, dependencies and trade-offs visible and understood.
• Contribute to a collaborative and commercially focused marketing culture.

Continuous Improvement & Marketing Excellence

• Challenge existing approaches and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness.
• Promote audience-led planning and evidence-based decision-making.
• Support reusable marketing frameworks, tools, processes and best practice.
• Share learning and insight across the wider marketing team.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Significant experience in B2B, product or strategic marketing, ideally within financial services, capital markets, fintech or a related sector.
• Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and integrated programmes that support commercial objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, audience-led marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using insight, data and performance measurement to improve marketing impact.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on business outcomes and measurable impact.

Desirable

• Experience supporting complex B2B products or services.
• Experience using AI agents to enable more effective marketing
• Experience using CRM, marketing automation and reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, customer journey planning and behaviour change principles.
