Job Summary
As Marketing Manager EMEA, you will drive demand generation and support business growth by developing and executing marketing initiatives tailored to regional priorities, target markets, and strategic accounts.
Working closely with EMEA Sales and senior stakeholders, you will translate business objectives into impactful marketing programs, combining Account-Based Marketing (ABM), integrated campaigns, events, content, and multi-channel demand generation to engage target audiences and contribute to pipeline growth.
Operating across multiple markets and cultures, this is a highly collaborative and visible role. You will build strong relationships across the business and be comfortable presenting, exchanging ideas, challenging constructively, and providing marketing advice to C-suite and Head-of-level stakeholders.
You will also be expected to use AI proactively in your day-to-day work to improve marketing efficiency, accelerate content and campaign development, generate insights, and continuously explore better ways of working while applying sound judgment, protecting quality, and maintaining Valiantys’ brand standards.
This position is a six-month fixed-term maternity leave cover. You will ensure continuity of EMEA marketing activities during the leave period.
What You’ll Be Working On
Drive EMEA Marketing

Own the execution of EMEA marketing plans and campaigns aligned with regional business priorities, target markets, and pipeline objectives.

Partner closely with Sales leadership to understand market opportunities, customer needs, and commercial priorities, and translate them into actionable marketing initiatives.

Balance regional consistency with the specific needs and maturity of individual EMEA markets.

Adapt global campaigns, content, and messaging to maximize relevance and impact across priority markets.

Strengthen Valiantys’ positioning as a trusted transformation and Atlassian partner through differentiated, customer-focused marketing.

Use AI-enabled tools thoughtfully to improve planning, research, content development, personalization, and campaign execution.

Develop and execute ABM initiatives targeting strategic accounts and priority segments across EMEA in close partnership with Sales.

Build account-specific or account-cluster marketing plans based on customer challenges, buying signals, stakeholder profiles, and commercial opportunities.

Orchestrate personalized content, campaigns, executive events, and engagement tactics across the customer journey.

Partner with Sales to deepen engagement within target accounts, support opportunity progression, and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers.

Measure account engagement and contribution to pipeline, using insights to continuously refine ABM strategies.

Plan and execute integrated campaigns and events across EMEA, including trade shows, executive events, webinars, partner activities, and customer programs.

Manage multi-channel demand generation across email, paid media, social media, content, and other relevant channels.

Create and localize content and messaging according to market needs while maintaining consistency with the Valiantys brand.

Coordinate with Practices, Delivery, Product/Solution Marketing, and Corporate Marketing teams to support go-to-market priorities.

Manage relationships with agencies, event organizers, Atlassian, and other external partners when relevant.

Use AI where appropriate to support content ideation, audience segmentation, campaign personalization, event follow-up, and performance analysis.

Build trusted relationships with Sales leaders, Practice leaders, Delivery teams, and senior stakeholders across EMEA.

Act as a marketing advisor to regional leadership, providing recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, campaign performance, and commercial priorities.

Confidently present marketing plans, results, insights, and recommendations to C-suite, General Manager, and Director-level stakeholders.

Navigate different markets, cultures, stakeholder expectations, and business priorities to create alignment and drive execution.

Share market and customer insights across teams to continuously improve positioning, campaigns, and go-to-market activities.

Track performance against key indicators, including engagement, leads, target-account engagement, pipeline contribution, and conversion.

Use Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation, and analytics tools to monitor effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain accurate campaign and account data, support reporting, and ensure effective alignment between marketing and sales activity.

Translate performance data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for Sales and senior leadership.

Manage EMEA campaign and event budgets effectively, prioritizing investments according to market opportunity and expected business impact.

Continuously test, learn, and optimize marketing activities to improve effectiveness and ROI.

Combine data, marketing expertise, and AI-supported analysis to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve execution.

Your Team and Partners
To succeed in this role, you bring:
Solid experience in B2B marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services.
Proven experience developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs in partnership with Sales.
Strong experience across demand generation, integrated campaigns, events, content, and digital marketing.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and confidently present to and advise C-suite and Head-of-level audiences.
Experience operating across multiple EMEA markets, adapting marketing approaches to different business priorities, audiences, and levels of market maturity.
Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to connect marketing activities to account engagement, pipeline, and business growth.
Hands-on experience using Salesforce and HubSpot, including campaign management, CRM data, reporting, lead or account engagement, and performance tracking.
Experience using marketing automation, analytics, and digital marketing tools to manage and measure performance.
A proactive and practical approach to AI, with the confidence to use AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity, research, content creation, personalization, analysis, and experimentation.
Fluent English; additional European languages are a strong plus.
Experience within the Atlassian ecosystem, technology consulting, or enterprise software is a plus.
