Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position’s responsibilities include promoting MPS’s products and solutions and interacting directly with memory/storage/type-C PD customers and reference design customers in Taiwan. Essential to success in this job is a keen ability to build relationship with customers, develop new reference design accounts and new potential business customers.

Essential Functions:

• Develop account plans and product strategies based on customer’s business needs. Co-work with sales and FAE teams to reach the goals of demand creation and revenue.
• To develop the business opportunities within key reference design accounts. Coordinate with MPS internal teams to design in new reference designs into the key accounts.
• Establish and maintain the relationships with the customers and reference design accounts, manage the relevant distribution resources to support the business.
• Keep on track market trend and deliver market survey reports. Propose new product ideas based on market trend and customer need.
• Work with FAE and AE teams to provide technical support and manage customer problems and complaints.
• Coordinate with CSR and distribution channel partners to ensure product delivery dates align with expectations of the customer & provide accurate sales/demand forecasts.

Qualifications:

• 4 years sales or marketing experience, worked power IC or SoC companies is preferred.
• Bachelor or higher degree is preferred.
• Good skill for product promotion, design in, customer relationship building, and market research.
• Preferred experience in sales marketing for the markets of memory, storage, or type-C PD. Good to have experience in sales marketing for general purpose DCDC power IC.
• Basic technical capability to understand power IC operation and application circuit characteristic. Basic knowledge in electronics. Good to have power electronics knowledge, including DC/DC converter, AC/DC converter, and power devices.
• Good local language and confident in English writing, presentation and communication skills.
• Team work player and willing to travel domestically.
