As Marketing Associate for Clinical Education, you will drive internal/external education and enablement initiatives for Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular division in EMEA. You will support in turning clinical evidence into clear, high-impact content and training for internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, etc.) and for healthcare professionals. In this role, you will provide operational support to Stryker’s Peripheral Vascular team and collaborate closely with stakeholders such as Events & Congress Planning to organize and deliver workshops, internal/external educational programs and best-in-class field support.

What you will do:

• In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase to learn about our products/therapies and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders. You will develop deep understanding of the relevant disease states, guidelines, clinical data, treatment options, etc.
• Understand key competitors and customer groups/needs.
• Participate in curriculum/program development: collaborate cross-functionally to assist in the development of educational content for internal stakeholders (e.g. sales teams, etc.) and healthcare professionals.
• Drive the organization (e.g., logistics, communications, etc.) and support the execution of internal/external events, congresses, customer engagement initiatives, product launch activities, etc. ensuring adherence to compliance.
• Assist in the delivery of educational content in various formats including in-person, virtual, on-demand, etc. You’ll understand the different communication channel strategies and associated impacts.
• Support the development of marketing collaterals, sales tools/materials, etc.
• Collaborate closely with broader Medical Education, Marketing, Sales, Events and Congress Planning, etc.  
• Provide timely responses to customers and/or Sales inquiries or needs.
• Support case discussions and liaise with Medical Affairs where needed.
• Coordinate contracting for faculty engagement for educational events.
• Support in evaluating the effectiveness of educational programs to enable potential improvements.
• Understand basic budget management principles.

What you need:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required, preferably in marketing, business administration, healthcare, life sciences or any other relevant fields.

• Ability to accurately and effectively manage projects to ensure timely outcomes.
• Excellent interpersonal communications, persuasion and presentation skills – with proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong adaptability, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and to also establish relationships/work in collaboration with others.
• Ability to relate to stakeholders and customers from different markets and cultures.
• Ability to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies.
• Ethics & integrity in managing confidential information.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• You have flexibility to travel as this position involves supporting initiatives in the field. Travel: 60%.
• You’d describe yourself as driven, energetic and eager to learn!

Preferred:

• You already have gained internship or initial work experience in fields such as (Clinical) Education/Training, Events Management, Marketing/Sales, Medical Devices, Healthcare or related.

Netherlands Pay Ranges:

• Netherlands: €42.000 - €78.000 EUR Annual

Belgium Pay Ranges:

• Belgium: €48.500 - €80.900 EUR Annual

Germany Pay Ranges:

• Berlin/Duisburg/Waghäusel/field-based 40Std: €54.400 - €90.600 EUR Annual

United Kingdom Pay Ranges:

• United Kingdom: £31,800 - £52,900 GBP Annual
