Within the Digital Channels & Analytics team, we are looking for a Marketing Analytics Specialist who is passionate about delivering data-driven marketing insights and continuous improvements to our marketing measurement capabilities.

YOUR CHALLENGE

In your role, you will:

• Analyse impact-generating customer journeys across public digital touchpoints to identify trends, behavioural patterns, and optimisation opportunities

• Monitor and analyse marketing touchpoint and provide actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion outcomes

• Create recurring reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions using Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), and related data sources

• Consolidate and integrate data from multiple digital and offline marketing channels to create a holistic view of marketing performance and customer engagement

• Translate datasets into business recommendations, tailored to operational teams, marketing stakeholders, and senior leadership

• Support data validation and (A/B) testing activities

• Partner with stakeholders across internal and external stakeholders to define KPIs, measurement approaches, and reporting requirements

• Collaborate closely with the Data Specialist to leverage and continuously enhance data quality, measurement standards, tracking concepts, and analytics capabilities

• Serve as the first-level technical support for analytics tools and dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Adobe) within Brand & Marketing

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytical role

• Experience analysing marketing performance and impact across digital and offline marketing channels

• Experience in dashboard development and data visualisation, using Tableau and Power BI

• Working knowledge of SQL and experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Adobe Analytics and BigQuery. Python is a plus

• Understanding marketing objectives, A/B testing, conversion funnels, customer journey analytics, and marketing performance measurement

• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics, automation, and self-service reporting solutions is an advantage

• Experience working with Scrum methodology and tools such as Jira

• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and translate data into practical business recommendations

• Excellent written and spoken German and English

• Strong business acumen and a practical understanding of marketing funnels and performance measurement
