The Opportunity

As a Marketing Advisory Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-centric marketing strategies. You will analyze customer behavior, develop targeted marketing campaigns, and offer guidance to help clients optimize their marketing efforts, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. With increased autonomy, you will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams, and your commitment to excellence, contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role, you will be part of our Customer Consulting team within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, focusing on enhancing client experiences and driving business growth. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. Your role will involve directing teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiating open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.

Responsibilities

- Leading the development and execution of customer-centric marketing strategies to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth
- Analyzing customer behavior and market trends to inform targeted marketing campaigns and promotional strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing operations and improve campaign performance
- Utilizing AI fluency and digital tooling to innovate marketing initiatives and enhance customer experience
- Guiding teams in the application of systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in marketing processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine marketing strategies and solutions
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and strategic questioning
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams to foster creativity and drive business transformation
- Crafting and conveying impactful messages that tell a holistic story and resonate with target audiences
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to motivate and enhance team effectiveness

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Computer and Information Science, Information CyberSecurity, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering

- Spearheading advanced customer journey analysis initiatives to identify strategic opportunities, enhance customer touchpoints, and drive superior customer engagement and loyalty

- Formulating and steering comprehensive customer experience strategies grounded in detailed segmentation to deliver highly personalized and impactful marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Adobe Marketo Engage

- Overseeing the end-to-end management of marketing automation frameworks to optimize campaign scalability, improve effectiveness, and ensure seamless multi-channel customer communications
- Demonstrating advanced skills in marketing strategy and operations
- Excelling in client prospecting and relationship management
- Utilizing AI fluency and AI-human collaboration in marketing initiatives
- Leading marketing campaign development and performance analysis
- Applying systems thinking to identify marketing opportunities
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful marketing messages

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
