As a Market Access Consultant-Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will specialize in analyzing pricing models and assessing customer profitability to help clients optimize their pricing strategies and maximize customer value. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and provide strategic guidance to improve profitability.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to navigate complex problems and mentor junior team members. You will be responsible for maintaining professional standards and using critical thinking to break down complex concepts. Responsibilities
The Senior Associate will help evaluate market opportunities through a combination of analytical modeling, analyzing the competitive landscape, customer dynamics, regulatory environment, channel strategies, and broader macroeconomic factors impacting our clients' businesses. This role sits within the Pricing, Promotions, and Revenue Management (PPRM) team, which provides strategic consulting and analytically-driven solutions to help clients navigate the evolving payer, reimbursement, and regulatory landscape to maximize product value, access, and profitability. 

The range of responsibilities encompass but are not limited to: 

• Support client engagements focused on GTN optimization, from pricing & contracting strategy through technology implementation 

• Assist in evaluating and redesigning GTN processes to improve forecasting accuracy, accrual transparency, and financial reconciliation 

• Support the definition of functional and technical requirements for GTN models and technologies (e.g. Anaplan), including forecasting logic, rebate waterfalls, scenario planning, and dashboards 

• Contribute to solution design, both custom-built and utilizing leading technologies such as Anaplan, that integrate with upstream and downstream systems (ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse) and align with finance, commercial, and contracting workflows 

• Support the build, testing, and deployment of GTN models in collaboration with PwC technology and change enablement teams 

• Develop and validate GTN models, including list-to-net waterfall simulations, accrual true-ups, and price realization analyses 

• Support financial modeling and variance analysis to identify value leakage and recommend process or policy improvements 
  
  What You Must Have
  
  - At least a Bachelor's degree
  - At least 4 years of experience
  - Oral and written proficiency in English required
